If you have already pitched your tent or unpacked your bags at Le Pin Parasol, you will surely remember that first welcoming smile at reception, the great atmosphere around the campsite, the laughter with the entertainment team, or a kind word on the shuttle and at the restaurant. A touch of nostalgia coming back, right?
In your reviews, messages, and feedback at reception, one phrase comes up time and time again: “The team is wonderful, attentive, and always smiling!”
Behind every single one of those moments that make your holiday a success are passionate, dedicated people. Here, we call them our Happiness Artisans!
Behind the scenes: Our teams in the spotlight!
To give you a glimpse into our daily life, we look back on three extraordinary shooting days highlighting our Happiness Artisans!
Cameras and photo equipment came right to the heart of the campsite this summer to capture our teams in action. Restaurant staff, water park teams, wellness, groundskeeping… no fewer than 40 different roles were featured. Team spirit, shared moments, and knowledge-sharing were also at the very core of this project.
Why was this project so close to our hearts?
Because behind your best holiday memories, there is a wonderful human adventure! Our goal with these photos and videos was not to take plain corporate shots, but to capture the reality of our day-to-day life: the energy, pride in a job well done, the camaraderie between colleagues, and the beauty of our exceptional natural setting—between unspoilt nature and close proximity to Lake Jaunay.
Our goal: to reveal what goes on behind the scenes and inspire tomorrow's best talent to join the great Pin Parasol family!
What we wanted to capture above all:
- Daily know-how: The meticulous care provided by our groundskeeping teams, the culinary mastery in the kitchen, the pampering at the Spa, or the vigilance around the pools…
- The joy of togetherness: Those moments of camaraderie during service, helping each other out in the field, and that infectious good mood.
- The family spirit: Seasoned team members kindly sharing their experience with newcomers, ensuring everyone thrives.
- Hands-on management: Céline, Patrice, and Romain are always listening, sharing a warm word with everyone, right alongside their teams.
- A magical working environment: The sheer bliss of working outdoors facing the lake, in a place where you truly feel good.
3 days of intense filming: The art of capturing the moment
Behind every great image lies clockwork organization! A shoot like this required meticulous preparation: to highlight our teams while preserving the peace and serenity of your holiday, our marketing team and agency orchestrated a race against the clock!
Passionate and tailored organization:
- A representative selection: To embody our 160 seasonal staff members, we assembled a fantastic custom-built team: faces of all ages and statuses, long-standing members as well as newcomers, all driven by the very same pride.
- Staging and scriptwriting: Scouting locations, choosing angles to enhance the natural light and the beauty of our spaces (a special shout-out to the Vendée sunshine, which made a guest appearance!), drafting sequences job by job… Every single minute was planned down to the finest detail.
An extraordinary 3-day marathon:
- Tuesday: From sunrise to the evening glow: Starting at 7:00 AM, the cameras captured fresh bread baking at the grocery shop and the arrival of local produce, before following the energy of the maintenance and groundskeeping teams. Then it was off to the restaurant, shuttle service, mini-golf, and the bar to catch early evening cocktail preparations!
- Wednesday: Teamwork and attention to detail: A day packed with the big group photo, the meticulous work of the housekeeping and accommodation teams, warm welcomes at reception, kitchen creativity, and the enthusiasm of the mini-disco.
- Thursday: Energy, surroundings, and management: Aerial drone shots to showcase the campsite's beauty, spotlights on the entertainment team, the vigilance of our lifeguards, and the serenity of the Spa. The day wrapped up with wonderful moments shared with Céline, Patrice, and Romain by the Nature & Sens pond.
A brilliant challenge passed with flying colours by all our teams and the agency supporting us!
The result? A blend of energy, pride, and shared happiness that we can't wait to reveal in our upcoming visuals and future recruitment campaigns!
