« Lovely site. Access to pitch lanes tight but Lovely big pitches. Electricity dodgy but once reported power cuts staff were quick to reset. Happened several times to most pitches on our post. Communicate between entertainment staff and bar staff very poor. Tried to book an event whichcwas adverted on the app but booking atvthe bar. The bar staff fid not have a clue about the event and when we eventually got someone who did it was fully booked. The entertainment team were still plugging the event even though it was fully booked. Pools beautiful although staff stood talking and not monitoring the rules. Families taking up 5 sunbeds for the little tots to sleep on. Restaurant expensive Shop very well stocked and staff very polite Receptionist very knowledgeable and helpful. »

« Very nice site, perhaps more choice on the food menu at the restaurant. The idea is good about putting credit on a band worn round the wrist but not good when you go to leave and still have money on your band and you have to wait for an email once you get home to get your money back that is left on your band. The nature and sense pool is lovely with its spa inside but the pavement and astro turf area gets very hot and burns your feet. The camping pitches are a lovely size as we have an 8ft wide and over 8m long caravan and had plenty of room. »

« Spotlessly clean modern campsite with great pool with slides. We did come in June before the main season so plenty of space. I cannot fault the site apart from more fruit and veg could be available in shop. Staff all very friendly. One of the best sites we have been to having visited many over the years all over France. Thank you. We will return »

« Wonderful experience, fantastic campsite and spotlessly clean throughout. Beautiful setting and so well maintained. One recommendation would be to improve the food offering in the restaurant, a little more choice and variety would be most welcome. Overall, a wonderful experience. »

« We were very happy during our 11 nights however we would like to comment that the bar man closed the bar early the night we arrived and refused to serve us a drink at 9:45 on a Friday night. Also the situation at the bar ordering in one area and collecting your drink in another is not very suitable especially at busy times. We were left waiting long periods of time after ordering our drinks to collect them. We were not aware that we would not be supplied with beach towels (we stayed with Kelair in the past who did supply them) you might make this clear in the booking email as I know more people got caught out on this. Shelving in the living area of the cottage would have been a great addition, for devices etc. just a note. Thank you and we hope to stay again soon. »

« We’ve just returned from an amazing 9-night stay and would happily return. A huge thank you to the fantastic reception team for their warm welcome and helpfulness throughout our stay. The entertainment in the evening was brilliant, the pool was excellent, and the facilities were absolutely spotless. The campsite is beautifully landscaped, and the hedges between pitches provide a level of privacy we’ve not found at other sites. Every member of staff was friendly and kind, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The only areas for improvement are the kids’ club and on-site shop. We found that mixing the 4–6 and 7–12 age groups sometimes made activities unsuitable for younger children, and our daughter was unfortunately hurt during one session. It would also be helpful to provide more detail about daily activities rather than just the theme. We would love to see the bouncy castle and indoor soft play available for longer each day, as they seemed to be open for only a few hours at odd hours and were very popular with younger children. The on-site supermarket was also very expensive and had a limited range of fresh produce and basic essentials such as milk, which was disappointing for a family campsite. Overall, this is one of the still a great campsites we’ve visited, and we would recommend it. »

« Overall we were delighted with our stay, however our accommodation was extremely hot when we arrived. No attempt was made to cool the mobile home. We were unable to settle into our accommodation until we hired a air conditioning unit. Even with this the temperature was still high (over 30°). Thankfully the temperatures dropped after three days. Because of the heat in the mobile home the fridge didn't cool properly for over three days. We loved the balnéo pool. »
