However, restricting swimwear to tight-fitting trunks or briefs (and prohibiting swim shorts, which can be worn outside as regular clothing) is a health and hygiene requirement. Enforcing this rule guarantees optimal water quality and cleanliness in our aquatic areas for everyone. Our preserved environment in the heart of nature, ideally nestled on the banks of Lake Jaunay, is designed to offer a genuine relaxing getaway. Although we enjoy a peaceful location, Coëx and its shops are just a 5-minute drive away, and the coastal seaside resorts are about twenty minutes away. Vendée is full of treasures to explore: from the coastline with its fine sandy beaches, the Vendean islands, and our historical heritage, to Le Grand Défi, Puy du Fou, O'Gliss Park, or our local gastronomy, the possibilities for activities are endless. At the reception of each area and during our welcome evenings, our tourist advisers are always on hand to share their best routes, recommendations, and excursion ideas during your stay.
