« A spotless well manicured site with lovely planting, and great facilities and on the whole an excellently run site well deserving of its 5 stars!. To take it to full marks, the payment of ice cream on the Sensations side in the evenings during busy periods should have 2 staff one take the order and payment, and a second to produce the order. The restaurant in Nature & Sens is advertised as Tapas, however the number of choices available is not sufficient for that style of menu. Then in the Sensations side the bar drinks orders and delivery needs to improve very slow and the art of bar craft/delivery of drinks is missing especially during a busy period. »

« The campsite is very clean and well laid out. Our accommodation was very satisfactory with everything we needed provided. The swimming pools and slides were great fun. They were a great level for our children ranging in age from 6-11. There was a lovely pool for younger children as well, with plenty of fun features included. The onsite shop is well stocked and the reception staff are very friendly. The restaurant food is lovely. The whole campsite felt very green with plenty of trees and plants allowing for lovely birdsong around us. »

« Overall, lovely site. Great to get bikes with premium booking. Food options and variety lacking, one restaurant/take away. General Offerings in June lacking. Restaurant/bar closed in nature section. Pool area is lovely there but you cant get drink or ice cream there. No lake activities etc »

« The Nature Sens pool complex is excellent - as is the Nature/Sens restaurant - but problems with understaffing meant slow service. Provision of cycles is great. The site is extremely clean and well kept. The cabin was very well presented. »

« Campsite was excellent, very clean, nicely space out plots. Mosey plots seem to be orientated to give privacy and for us it was a bit too secluded. The pools were brilliant, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment was all very well done as well. My only complaint was the restaurant was a bit limited. Nothing much other than burgers and pizzas. It’s still good quality but Would have been good to have somewhere nice to eat as there’s not really anywhere else to go for food. »

« I have never seen a campsite as clean as this one. All day an army of staff are cleaning every square inch. The facilities and entertainment are excellent. Every single staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful »

« The camp is exceptionally well run, pristine and the cabin we had was exceptional, entertainment was fun and kids club Amazing. The nature and Sens side was amazing and we loved the pool. . However, we were very very disappointed with both the restaurant and the shop. It’s so remote, you have a captive Audience with holiday money, why oh why is the menu so limited And not in the slightest bit would you know you were in France from the burgers and pizza. The bar set up Is a disaster, very inefficient , and put many people Off and you lost Money. and the shop is so expensive and so limited. Only a handful of cheese for example compared to over 70 Kinds In a spar 20 mins away. . Amazing site if you only want self catering and occasional takeaway. »
