In the field as much as in the offices, every detail is being perfected to ensure your future stay is a truly enchanting escape.

Our Teams at Work in the Field
Spring marks the return of the hustle and bustle for our technical teams. It is time for "winterization reversal" (the wake-up call for the campsite!).
Green Spaces
Between pruning, mulching, and mowing, our staff are breathing life back into the estate using eco-responsible methods. Nothing is left to chance: we collaborate with landscapers to select local plant species perfectly suited to our environment.
The goal is to work hand-in-hand with nature to create a truly soothing, green sanctuary. This meticulous work allows us to bring our pathways into bloom while structuring the vegetation to ensure the privacy of your pitches and promote biodiversity.
Maintenance
It’s time for the great annual check-up! Our technicians are performing a complete overhaul of every facility with absolute precision. Nothing is left to chance: from starting up the pools to conducting safety tests, we ensure strict compliance with all current standards.
Installation of drip irrigation for the 1,500 new plants in the Nature & Sens district
Installation of new air conditioning units in around fifty cottages
Pressure washing of the pools and esplanades, restaurant terraces, playgrounds, as well as the bleachers and the main stage
Interior and exterior painting of various buildings, pools, and outdoor infrastructures

Cleanliness
Our household fairies (and elves!) have kicked off their great annual marathon. With over 215 cottages and our toilet blocks to prepare, it is quite a task. After the winter months, every space must be restored to its former glory: it is a high-precision job that requires several months of meticulous work.
For us, impeccable hygiene is an absolute priority, and we make it a point of honour to ensure this by using eco-labelled products. It is our way of looking after your health while preserving the natural world around us.

Reception
Our receptionists are already firing on all cylinders! As the true "front line" of the campsite, they are often your first point of contact and are dedicated to making an impeccable first impression. Between the rigorous management of bookings and providing attentive care for our guests, they put their heart and soul into preparing for your arrival.
However, their role goes much further: they are your best advisors for designing a tailor-made stay. Whether it is choosing a pitch based on the sunshine, selecting the ideal cottage for your tribe, or respecting your budget… they know the estate like the back of their hand. They also coordinate your moments of relaxation by managing appointments with our service providers (massages, barber, or hairdressing). A central role to ensure the magic begins from the moment you book.
Catering & Grocery Store
Our teams are putting the finishing touches to the restaurant menu. Treat yourselves: from authentic regional produce at the grocery store to new creations on our restaurant menus, there is a real treat in store.
Word from the kitchen is that a new sweet treat is in the works… Imagine a comforting and indulgent hot drink, perfect for lingering over those relaxing moments on the terrace.
