In the current pandemic context, we wanted to provide you with some details following your very numerous requests.
Today remains two months for the situation to evolve and for a possible return to normal before the reopening of our campsite scheduled for May 15th.

Our priority is the protection of all and the respect of sanitary rules for the good of everyone. We thank you for your understanding and we send you our support in these difficult times.

Also, it is very complicated for us to answer all your legitimate questions. Quite simply because we do not ourselves, for the time being, have answers to our questions from the administrations.

Below, first answers for first questions:

1. You have a booking WITH the Cancellation insurance:

You wish to cancel your booking?

Only through your subscription to the prior cancellation insurance, depending upon your reason for departure, you can get a refund.

If the reason of cancellation is one of the above, please send all documentary evidences to the insurance company directly on website: www.campez-couvert.com.

2. You have a booking WITHOUT the cancellation insurance:

If you wish to cancel your reservation now, the cancellation conditions remain unchanged:

– Cancellation request received more than 30 days before the planned arrival date: an amount equal to the sums paid will remain with the campsite as compensation for breach of contract..

– Cancellation request received less than 30 days before the date of arrival : the entire amount of the stay will be retained by the campsite as compensation for contract breach.

If you have taken out cancellation insurance, the cancellation costs may be covered by the cancellation guarantees provided that the reasons for cancellation are covered. You can consult the documents of the guarantees and make your cancellation claim on the website www.declare.fr/yelloh.

a) The refund of the deposit second and third payments is not possible.

b) The second and third automatic payment in future could be cancelled on request.

c) Any customer who has a booking on a possible period of exceptional closure of the establishment, will have a credit note corresponding to the amount of the sums already paid which will be deducted from the amount of your next stay in our campsite. This credit note will be valid until the end of September 2021.
